I travel frequently and have rented many different properties and have never had such a terrible experience. The property had not been maintained or deep cleaned from some time. Dirty furniture. Paint chipped on every corner. Dirty comforters on beds. Carpet stained and filthy. Dishes dirty. Food grease on placemats and everything in draws.
They invited us to ride in the parade with them and toss candy.
Everything from the condo to the parking lot all the way down to the lake was clean beautiful and well taken care of.
This lodging company is wonderful Cindy and her staff was amazing from day one till the second we checked out.
The Marina view #4 was filthy. Furniture and carpet were stained and so dirty. The bathrooms had broken toilet paper roll despenser and signs of a leak from the upper floor. Some weird tape on all of the windows obstructing the views. Orange hand print on the door, broken trundle bed in the second bedroom and the door to the second bedroom was taped shut. The blinds in the master bedroom didn't work. The photos show chairs to sit on outside but there weren't any there. We checked out a day early because we didn't want to stay any longer. They did offer to go clean it but we had already packed up and were ready to leave. They did have close parking and a good view but that's it. Sadly our weekend was ruined.
I personally want to thank Cindy and her staff for everything that they helped us with even the small things as bringing garbage bags up to the condo for us late at night I appreciate everything they've done we will see you again very soon

We stayed in 941 #3. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. The price for what we got was the best deal I could find. The website to rent from had great selection and was easy to use and understand. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. It was spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. The views in the mornings were GLORIOUS from both balconies. The girl who checked us in was so nice and answered all our questions. The pool down the hill is SO awesome and it was a huge plus that we were able to use it. Email and phone communication went really well prior to our visit. Close to everything in town and the marina. Slightly confusing to navigate to as Google doesn't quite have the address down right but we managed ok. Our group was very happy and I would definitely use this business again!
They treated us like family, it was amazing.
Dealing with property manager was horrific. She yelled at for most conversation. Then called me a liar and mean. I was told I had ten minutes to get out. With infant children and elderly. Never been treated so poorly. We had to stay. No where to go. We put sheets on everything and I spent good amount of time cleaning anything we needed to use. Property not as listed. Not maintained. Worst customer service. This is an honest and true review. We rented a town home at Harbor Village.
Don't be fooled by these bogus Google reviews this place was immaculate and I will return multiple times just to go back to the Bear Lake Lodge.
