Stayed at Harbor Heights this last weekend for a giant family get together at Bear Lake. The cabin is great. There is so much room, and the view of the lake is amazing. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinners. The hot water heater is something from another planet, and had endless hot water for everyone. The review is 3/5 because of one thing. The WiFi. The description says free WiFi. Nothing could be further from the truth. I had checked the website to make sure that WiFi was available, as I was planning to use the internet for a special family reunion game/activity/talent show. I spent at least a few hours of this trip just trying to get this WiFi to work. I could have called and asked them to fix it, but let's be honest, they don't know how to fix it any better than I do. The truth is, that it is super sketchy questionable DSL connection that works maybe 10% of the time. And when it's working, it's exceptionally slow.

Some cons, but mostly pros. Were able to reschedule our reservation for a low fee after a medical emergency. Lots of space and beds. Good location. Cons: office not nearby, wish a master bedroom was on main floor - stairs difficult for some. But, overall great.
I'm mostly writing this review, so that the information to future renters will be more accurate and updated. There is free WiFi, but it's essentially un-usable.
