This is a really great place to stay especially if you have kids. This one place that does not have cable and that is probably because it is really close to a large beautiful lake. The site we were placed in was 16 and it was a very large site, we shared a front yard with the site beside us. During the day there is a lot of activity but at quiet time the campground is quiet and campfire smoke fills the air. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Even the young people running the ice cream stand were nice despite the fact they were swamped with customers.

Bear Lake is always a fantastic place to go, even with crowds and whatnot. You can expect semi cloudy weather but the water is still great and not too cold to swim in. Rentals around the area provide lots of fun toys to use on the water, from boats to floatable trampolines and many more. You come here for a family reunion each year and it's always a blast. The day Beach is usually crowded, but if you reserve a camping spot then there's plenty of beach for a nice isolated feel.

Amazing family vacation. Best one ever it's going to be our new tradition. Most beautiful lake I've ever seen and even with all the people it's big enough it's not a big deal.

One of the most beautiful vacation spots you could find. Its on the Utah, Idaho border with some sandy beaches or rocky beaches. There are RV camp sites or you can throw up a tent. At the northeast end you can rent like new jet skis, boats or other water toys & there is a store there also. The water is fed by the Bear River from mountain run off but its not extremely cold & its clear & a color blue you will never forget. Pretty good fishing also.

Clean and well kept camp ground. I just wish the trees were bigger for more shade. Close to beach is very convenient. Fire pits and covered picnic table in every camp site. Decent showers available. No entrance available after park closes at 10 pm can't remember when it opens.
