We rented a jet ski from bear lake fun rentals at rendezvous beach and had a good experience. the process was easy. it was nice to have the jetski already in the water, on site, ready to go. All the machines looked newer and we'll maintained. the jetskis had good power and was fun to drive!
I will rent here in the future and you should too!
Great place. Rented the 24ft boat and were able to surf, wakeboard, tube and fit a bunch of people on the boat. Was awesome!
Awesome place to rent a wake boat or a Razr or Can-Am UTV! I have rented here many times... never had one problem with anything. The employees have always been very accommodating. Brian has gone out of his way to make sure my experience was great!
I will never attempt to rent anything from this place again. Their customer service is non-existent and really don't seem to care. The employee on duty when we went in was unfriendly and very unwilling to help. He seemed irritated that he had a customer. We went in and when we asked some questions that this employee didn't want to bother trying to answer, he told us he didn't know and instructed us to drive 14 miles to another rental place to ask them instead. Real nice. Thanks for nothing!
I booked a boat with them online for three hour block from 4:00 - 7:00 PM on a Friday. I showed up 30 minutes before the booking started at 3:30 to fill out the paperwork. At 4:00 I asked them where the boat was, the staff replied that they had called the people who booked the boat before me and they were running late and on the way back. I waited till 4:30 and asked again. They told me that I had actually booked the boat for 5:00 - 8:00 PM, even though the email I received said 4:00 - 7:00 PM. They showed me their schedule where I could see that they had erased my name at 4:00 PM and rewrote my name at 5:00 PM. The boat finally shows up at 5:00 PM and I ask the customers who had the boat before us what happened. They said that the boat was two hours late being delivered to them and so the staff said they could have it till 5:00. The staff was horrible; they didn't tell me that they were running behind, so I waited 1.5 hours for the boat, they lied to me, and Daniel (the manager at the location) yelled at me when I attempted to talk to him about a discount. I will never rent from this place again, save yourself the trouble and book with another rental company. Dealing with the staff is not worth it.
